SMS Program Disclosures

Program Description

The Palisade SMS program is operated by 29 Labs, Inc. The program has two message categories, and consent for each is collected separately on this page: (1) marketing messages — early-access invitations and product update announcements about Palisade products and features; and (2) account & customer-care messages — onboarding and account notifications, and responses to inquiries you submit to our team. You will only receive the categories of messages you have expressly consented to.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and account status. You can typically expect no more than 4 messages per month.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider according to your mobile plan. We do not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again on this page and you will start receiving messages again.

Privacy and Data Sharing

We respect your privacy.
